Is it free to use ChubaCheck?
Yes. Browsing, searching, and contacting providers is completely free for consumers. No account required.
How do I contact a provider?
Each provider listing has WhatsApp and phone buttons. Click them to contact the provider directly — no middleman involved.
Are providers verified?
Providers with a Verified or Featured badge have been reviewed by our team. Essential tier providers are self-registered and have not been manually verified.
How do I leave a review?
On any verified or featured provider's profile, scroll to the Reviews section and submit your rating and comment. Reviews are published after a brief moderation check.
Can I book a service through ChubaCheck?
Yes. Provider profiles include a booking form where you can submit a request. The provider will then confirm or decline directly with you.
For providers
How do I list my business?
Click 'List your business' in the navigation. Complete the onboarding wizard in under 5 minutes. Your listing goes live immediately.
Is it free to list?
Yes. The Essential tier is free forever and includes a public listing with contact buttons. Paid tiers (Verified at BND 50/mo, Featured at BND 120/mo) unlock reviews, analytics, and priority placement.
How do I upgrade my tier?
In your dashboard, go to Edit profile and scroll to the Upgrade section. Select your desired tier and contact us via WhatsApp to confirm payment.
Can I pause my listing?
Yes. In your Edit profile page you can toggle your listing between active and paused. Paused listings are hidden from search but your account and data are preserved.
What districts do you cover?
All four districts of Brunei: Bandar Seri Begawan, Belait, Tutong, and Temburong.
